What We Offer



Our CrossFit classes are structured for all skill levels, from beginner to expert. Each class contains a warm-up, technical skill work, and various exercises involving free weight and/or body weight movements. Our sole purpose is to help you become better at life through improving your fitness.

You won’t know what it’s like until you try it out!



Kids Program

Our Kids Program is designed to help kids build the foundation of basic functional movements in a fun, game based environment. We focus on gymnastics, running, jumping, squatting, controlling body weight and pushing & pulling objects. We have classes for Tykes (aged 3-5) and Kids (6-12). The program typically runs from September to April.


Teen Athletic Development

This program is for anyone between the ages of 13 and 17 involved in any sport or just looking to develop a broad range of physical abilities.

The program focuses on the Long-Term Athletic Development (LTAD) of young adults, teaching relevant physical movement skills that will apply universally to sport and/or an active lifestyle.

Corporate / Team Fitness

Do you have a sport team or company that is looking for a home to train or have a team-building event? We can do that! We have 5000 square feet designed specifically for groups or teams to work out together. We can help your sport team improve its fitness, or get those company employees working together to complete a great workout. All skill levels and abilities are welcome!

What Is Your Goal?

Weight Loss & Toning

Our classes are designed to help you reach whatever aesthetic, performance, or health related goals you may have. If you’re interested in weight loss and toning, you’ll love our CrossHiit and CrossFit classes with the option to work with our in house nutrition coach. You’ll learn to fuel your body for your day-to-day demands while challenging your body in a safe way under the guidance of our certified (experienced) coaches. Our quarterly 6-week challenges are a great way kick start your weight loss in safe supportive group environment.

Strength and Muscle Gain / Athletic Performance

Look no further than our CrossFit, Olympic lifting, power lifting classes. These will challenge you and help you become a stronger athlete both mentally and physically. We also offer all day open gym to allow you time to work on your own primary, accessory or sport specific programming.

Health and Longevity / Look Good, Feel Good

If health and longevity and just over all looking and feeling good are your top priorities, we got you! We encourage you to try all of our offering; CrossFit, CrossHiit, Olympic lifting, Power lifting, personal training and open gym to find the format that you enjoy the most. Our staff of experienced coaches are happy to work with you to help develop a workout schedule that will help you thrive to look and feel your best both in and out of the gym.

55 & Over Fitness

If you’re an older athlete or looking to get back into working out after a long hiatus, you’re in good hands with us. Our On-Ramp classes will help you learn the basics and our staff is always happy to help you find options to scale movements up and down based on ability limitations. We’ll make sure you always get a safe and fun workout, regardless of where you are starting.
