    A. Worked up to 135lbs didn’t feel too bad today!!
    B. Box jumps 24′
    SDHP 85lbs
    Wallballs- started with 20lbs and caught a few in the face!! Needless to say I got mad at the freaking ball …heehee!! Sorry Steve!! Moved to 15lbs which was easy!
