CrossFit is a general fitness program that incorporates all domains of fitness. We don’t specialize to make you the best cardio athlete or bodybuilding athlete. We incorporate power, strength, endurance, speed, flexibility and other areas in an effort to give you well-rounded fitness.
Sufficiency in these areas will translate best to life outside the gym, and make you more capable human being, and that’s what we want for you!
We are training focused and not competition focused. We use the proven best practices from the strength and conditioning world and provide actual quality instruction and a supportive group training environment. We focus highly on teaching proper biomechanical movement so you can remain injury-free and capable of long-term improvement, not short-term gains.

Our classes are scheduled to be an hour long. They contain people of all ages, shapes, abilities and sizes. Beginners and experts can both participate in the same classes. We have the ability to scale every exercise we do to the ability of each person.
Our standard class contains begins with a warm-up, then technique work, and then exercises.
