«In defence of WOD’ing less»

This is link to a great article written by Taryn Haggerstone explaining why we do «technical» work. It also explains why you should be following the training percentages provided instead of thinking you need to make your work outs harder. We all need to work on mechanics, or do technical work, or practice, whatever you want to call it. The quality of movement is the most important part, not the speed of movement or the time of your workout.
