    Double unders went the best they ever have in my 5+ years of CrossFit. First round was unbroken. Yay!

    3 rounds!!! and I climbed the rope all the way to the top 🙂

    I did K2E instead of T2B. I’m still working on eliminating the extra swing in T2B.
